When an order is placed on the web site it is deemed that the customer accepts the terms and conditions but please note that the customer's statutory rights are not affected.
The contract applies from the point of payment, which is when the payment is received from PayPal by CLEARANCESTOCKONLINE.COM . Goods ordered but not paid for are excluded. These terms and conditions exclude any 'custom and practice'. Any dates that are quoted as regards to delivery are estimates only and are not of the essence. Clearancestockonline.com makes every attempt to make sure that all information on the web site is accurate but does not guarantee it and cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages.
We make every attempt to make sure that our prices are up to date and correct and include VAT at the prevailing rate. If goods are out of stock we will attempt to obtain them and honour the price on the web but make no guarantee that this will always be the case. In the event that goods are out of stock we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative product(s).
We accept all the major credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron) via PayPal. If we are out of stock of part of a customers order we will contact that customer by e-mail within 3 days. The customer has the option to cancel the order or to accept part delivery. If the initial order was over the limit for free delivery we will not charge carriage for delivery. If any part of an order is left on back order we reserve the right to charge carriage with the prior agreement of the customer.,/
We aim to send out all orders within 3 working days. If however this is not possible CLEARANCESTOCKONLINE.COM does not accept any liability for any delay. CLEARANCESTOCKONLINE.COM will make delivery by whichever method it deems appropriate and does not accept any liability for any delays in delivery.
Delivery is free within the U.K. mainland, (with certain exceptions). For all deliveries to Northern Ireland, some postcodes in Scotland ("Highlands and Islands") and for all offshore destinations a charge will be made to be agreed with the customer.
The postcodes which lie outside the normal delivery charge area are those which start as follows: HS, IV, KW, ZE, AB except AB1-AB21, PA except PA1-PA19, PH except PH1-PH3
If a customer cancels, or refuses goods after the goods have been dispatched no carriage will be refunded, and a charge will be made equivalent to the cost of returning the goods to CLEARANCESTOCKONLINE.COM.
To Cancel a Current Order: If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order or part order with CLEARANCESTOCKONLINE.COM you must email sales@clearancestockonline.com or telephone us on 0113 274 2727. It is understood that when an order is placed on the web the customer is over 18 and authorized to be in possession of the credit or debit card used.
Distance Selling Regulations: As a mail order customer you have the right to cancel any item within 7 days of delivery (excludes perishable items, personalised items or items where we will have discussed the goods and you have agreed to take them i.e. special orders) provided they are in new and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Used items will be deemed to have been accepted by you and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. To cancel an item, please call or e-mail us. Items must be received by us within 7 days of cancellation and you will receive a full refund via your payment method upon inspection of the goods. We will not refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.
Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so within any time up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. To return a non-faulty item the product must be in its original condition with the original labels attached and a copy of the invoice. Once an item has been worn or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault. Should an item be returned with no fault but in a used condition we will return it to the customer. In the event of wanting to return a non-faulty item please contact us to have a return authorised first. If we agree to your return we will email you. This email should be included in your return, please enclose a letter including your name, address, order number (if possible) and product that you are returning with your reason for return and what you'd like done once we receive it. Failure to get our agreement for a return before sending the goods back to us, could result in you not getting a full refund.
The products must reach us within a further 7 days from notification and you will be refunded or exchanged as soon as possible after we receive the goods and upon inspection to ensure that it is in its original condition.
Faulty goods: If a customer wishes to return goods as faulty this should be done as soon as possible, and with as much information as possible (receipts, reasons for return, etc.) The goods should be in a clean condition. If they are not in a suitable condition for us to handle under Health and Safety regulations, these goods may be refused and a charge made for returning to the customer. We shall investigate the complaint with the cooperation of the supplier and endeavour to solve the problem as quickly as is reasonably possible.
Please note: if CLEARANCESTOCKONLINE.COM is found to be at fault, or the goods are deemed to be faulty, then the goods will either be refunded or exchanged according to the wishes of the customer, and all reasonable carriage costs will be refunded.
Delivery: If the carrier is unable to effect delivery to the customer after two attempts at the address supplied, then the goods may be returned to CLEARANCESTOCKONLINE.COM and a charge of £10.00 will be applied to the customer. A charge will also be applied for redelivery if the customer still requires the goods. If after the goods have been dispatched the customer wishes the goods to be redirected to another address then a charge of £10.00 may be applied.
Privacy policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam) and we also conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. We may send an occasional email to inform you of new offers.
